BRICK Program Coordinator

📍 Location: Southern Illinois (hybrid with regional travel required)
💰 Salary: $67,000

SIRAC is hiring a Program Coordinator to lead the BRICK (Building Resilience in Caregivers and Kids) Program—a family-centered initiative supporting caregivers and children impacted by trauma, systems involvement, and social determinants of health.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in program coordination, case consultation, and rural community-based services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, facilitating case consultations, and maintaining compliance with funder expectations.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Coordinate daily operations of the BRICK Program across multiple rural counties
✅ Facilitate trauma-informed case consultations with peer support staff
✅ Collaborate with referral partners and community stakeholders
✅ Monitor service delivery quality and ensure fidelity to program model
✅ Manage data collection, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements

What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare or social services
2+ years of experience coordinating or managing programs
✔ Experience working across large geographic service regions
✔ Strong understanding of funder requirements, reporting, and evaluation
✔ Deep commitment to empowering families, reducing stigma, and promoting healing

We're looking for someone with lived experience as a parent or caregiver who has navigated the DCFS system and is ready to support others walking a similar path.
