Peer Support Worker: Vienna Office

Do you have lived experience as a parent or caregiver navigating systems like DCFS, mental health, or substance use recovery? Are you passionate about helping others and building stronger families in your community?

Join the Building Resilience in Caregivers and Kids (BRICK) Program as a Peer Support Worker and use your story to make a difference. In this full-time role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to parents and caregivers at risk of or involved with the child welfare system. You’ll offer emotional support, resource navigation, and guidance rooted in empathy and shared experience.

This is more than a job—it’s a chance to empower families, reduce stigma, and promote healing. Training and supervision are provided. Candidates must have lived experience and a desire to support others with dignity and respect.

Salary: $38,500

Business Administrator: Shawneetown Office

SIRAC is seeking a Business Administrator to join our team, based out of our Shawneetown office.

This full-time leadership role is essential to keeping our operations strong and our programs running smoothly. The Business Administrator oversees payroll, financial tracking, grant compliance, and daily administrative systems—helping ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency across the organization.

If you have experience in accounting, finance, or business administration and are comfortable with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, we’d love to hear from you. Nonprofit and grant experience is a plus!
